Emily is the Administrative Assistant at Saylorville Church. She was saved in 2018 when God brought her to the end of herself, leading her to recognize her need for a Savior. Excited to see how God would work in her life, she interned at Saylorville during her senior year of high school. The Lord then redirected her path, and she graduated from DMACC with a Graphic Design degree in the spring of 2025. During her last semester of school, God provided the opportunity to step into the role of Administrative Assistant—a major answer to prayer.
Emily grew up at Saylorville and is married to Gabe, whom she met and became friends with in Saylorville’s youth group. Together, they enjoy serving in various capacities at church, spending time outdoors, experiencing different cultures, and exploring local coffee shops.
One of Emily’s favorite verses is Ephesians 3:20-21: “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
