Rich and Julia Rudolph serve with Servant Leaders International in Germany. Rich and Julia, along with their children; Justus, Lincoln, and Lucy began planting churches in Germany in 2013 in the southwest corner of Germany, in the city of St. Wendel. They planted the “City Kirche” or City Church in 2013 and began working toward establishing local leadership. In 2022, God made it clear that He was moving the Rudolphs to Leipzig, Germany where they currently work planting a church and overseeing an internship program training and developing individuals and couples to be leaders and eventually sent out to plant more churches in other locations in Eastern Germany.
