Nate and Liz started attending Saylorville in 1994 when they moved to Des Moines to attend a local college.

One Sunday night, when his dad preached a gospel message, he realized that although he grew up in the church, he had never made his relationship with God personal. So, the next morning before he went to school, he accepted Jesus’s death, burial and resurrection as payment for his sins.

Nate is a former deacon. He currently serves with the usher and finance teams. Liz serves on the worship team.

Nate enjoys serving the body of Christ any way he can.
