Nan started serving as a missionary for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in Central Iowa in 2020. FCA’s mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.  Our vision is to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.  We desire to engage, equip and empower coaches and athletes to share the gospel on their teams and campuses!

Nan serves 7 high schools (Saydel, Bondurant-Farrar, Southeast Polk, Baxter, Newton, Prairie City-Monroe, Carlisle) and Grand View University.  Her role on the high school and college campuses is to recruit, train and disciple the Adult Coaches and Character Coaches who work with the athletes in their schools. She works directly with student athletes and coaches to help them come to faith in Jesus, grow as disciples, and become connected to the local church.
