The Boyds have served in Colombia with ABWE since 2006. They worked in a church near Bogota for three years and helped to plant the Impacto Bíblico church in Santa Marta.

Jonathan is currently serving as the program director for the Colombia Baptist Seminary in Tenjo (a town near Bogota). They plan to relocate there at the middle of 2024. They will be teaching, discipling and mentoring the teachers. The Boyds also plan to assist in a church plant if the Lord allows.
