Bethany Selbher

Like many who have grown up in a church setting, Bethany has been surrounded by Christian parents, Christian beliefs, and Christian values for her entire life. At every turn, her parents have pointed her to the Gospel and stressed the importance of following Christ above all else. But the faith of her parents was not her own until her need for the Lord was impressed upon her heart and she surrendered completely to Him. At this point, 2 Corinthians 5:17  became a reality: “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” She was baptized at age 12 and remained active in her local church, including attending Saylorville during her younger years and resuming attendance in the spring of 2024. She has enjoyed taking part in the greeting ministry, the youth worship band, as well as joining the Saylorville staff as an intern. She is excited to pursue her administrative passions and to see what the Lord does in her life.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and spending time outside.
