Join Us for the Saydel Sprint: 5K and Community Day!

Celebrate the end of the school year with the Saydel community at a fun, free, family-friendly event for all ages!

Location: Saydel High School Football Field (5601 NE 7th St, Des Moines, IA 50313)
Date: Saturday, May 16th
Time: 5K Walk/Run starts at 10:00am (Registration opens at 9:30am)
Activities: Free food, bounce houses, dunk tank and more until 2:00pm

The 5K Walk/Run

• Casual and fun – perfect for runners, walkers and families
• All ages welcome – no experience needed!
• Route starts on the football field using the Saydel High cross country course
• Check in: 9:30 a.m. at the registration table for your racing bib
• Water stations along the course
• Every participant receives a free medal

• Start time: Around 10:30am
• Free food: burgers, hot dogs, drinks, sno cones and more
• Free activities: bounce houses, dunk tank, face painting, photo booth and more
• Come and go as you please

Note: Childcare is not provided – please do not drop off children.
