Jay is a missionary with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He serves as the Regional Director of Talent Advancement for the Midwest Region, which includes his home state of Iowa, as well as Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Illinois. Jay’s major responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training and developing the 230+ staff to continue to expand the ministry’s impact in the region. The mission of FCA is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

Jay and Tami live in Urbandale, IA and have three adult children, Drew (Elin), Quinn (Emma) and Elyse.
