Carson grew up in a loving Christian home, learning about Christ and His love for him. He has attended Saylorville Church his entire life, attending services, kids ministry, and youth group weekly.

One night, at eight years old, experienced the conviction of the Holy Spirit and went into his parents’ room to talk with them about having a personal relationship with the Lord. That night, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, believing that God sent His Son, Jesus, to die for his sins and that He rose again on the third day, defeating death. Following his sixth-grade year, Carson was baptized by his dad. He desires to grow in his relationship with Christ each day through reading God’s Word, prayer, and pursuing a life that reflects Him.

In eighth grade, he felt the Lord calling him toward ministry as a worship pastor. Since then, he has prepared for worship ministry by learning guitar, bass, drums and piano. He is excited to serve as a Worship and Social Media Intern at Saylorville Church and is looking forward to seeing how the Lord will use this opportunity to grow him and prepare him for whatever He has planned for his future.

Carson enjoys playing guitar, photography and spending time with family and friends.
