Weathering Life’s Toughest Challenges
Life‘s challenges require perspective. As someone has said, “It’s ‘minor surgery’ when it’s done on someone else. It’s ‘major surgery’ when it’s done on you!”

Eventually, all of us face some kind of “major surgery” in life. The question is, how do we weather these challenges? The Bible has the answer! And when you look at what the Bible says and combine its truth with how God’s people have responded in various life challenges (and not always rightly), that makes for good teaching!

On Saturday, February 20th, from 8:00am-11:30am, we will conduct our first module of the year. Our subject: Weathering Life‘s Toughest Challenges.

During this intense 3 1/2 hour time we will look at the subjects of: weathering my spouse’s sinful choices, weathering bereavement, weathering divorce, weathering loneliness and weathering the heartache of a disobedient child. In each segment we will feature various individuals who will briefly share their story and interact with you on the truth, circumstances and people of God who have helped them through their particular storm.
