Maddy grew up here at Saylorville constantly being surrounded by God’s Word and godly influences. After going to a Christian camp in Michigan at age 12, she realized she was on a path to destruction and needed a Savior. She understood she was a sinner and that the only way to have eternal life was through Jesus. She tried college in Kentucky but really felt a pull to ministry. She has decided to do this internship as she continues to discern God’s calling in her life and wants to serve the church behind the scenes with hands-on experience of ministry in all seasons.
