Jay is a missionary with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, serving as the Regional Director of Talent Advancement for the Midwest Region, including his home state of Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. Jay’s major responsibilities include recruiting and hiring, along with training and developing the 230+ staff to continue to expand the ministries’ impact in the region and fulfill the FCA mission to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
Jay and Tami live in Urbandale, IA and have three adult children, Drew (Elin), Quinn (Emma), and Elyse.
