Norah grew up in the Des Moines area and was blessed to grow up in a Christian home where she heard the gospel her whole life. She became a Christian at a young age, when she realized that she not only needed a Savior, but also a personal relationship with Him. She realized that she was trying to control her life on her own, but never could, and surrendered her life to her good and loving Savior, giving Him the control. Ever since that moment she has been learning to daily surrender her life and moments to the Lord.
In high school she sensed the Lord calling her into ministry to serve and counsel others, using her desire to go deeper in her relationships to disciple others.
As an intern at Saylorville she is looking forward to hands on experience in the counseling team as she seeks certification in Biblical Counseling through Faith Institute.
Norah loves getting to know people and having deep conversations over a nice mug of tea. In her spare time she likes to recharge by trying new recipes in the kitchen, creating in her art studio or playing and singing at the piano.
