Ava has grown up in a Christian home, blessed with the example of godly parents who are daily an example of faith to her. At the age of eleven, she understood Romans 10:9 which says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” and she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. In highschool, God gave her many opportunities to learn and serve within the church. Ava has served at Saylorville as a member of the worship team, childcare volunteer and youth band leader for youth group. She is now a senior in highschool, and doing an internship with Saylorville this fall. She’s excited to experience ministry through learning about music and administration, and see where the Lord takes her from there!

Ava enjoys being outside for pretty much anything, playing the piano, reading and hanging out with her friends and family.
