John and Bev Leonard are church planting missionaries to Brazil, sent out from Saylorville Church in August 1990. Even after the attack on John, and the physical challenges John and Bev face daily, they are continuing to serve God in Brazil. Their current ministry is the establishment of a local church in Iperó, SP. They are involved with an evangelistic outreach and discipleship ministry to the handicapped/caregivers of São Paulo. Their work with the native Guarani has been expanded to many villages.
